Two fishes placed head to tail: with Meena, the wheel comes full circle. The twelfth rashi, from 330° to 360°, sees the end of the nakshatra Revati close the sidereal zodiac at the very spot where Mesha will begin again.
Guru governs it. Shukra is exalted there, culminating at the twenty-seventh degree, and Budha is in fall there at the fifteenth. A dual and watery sign, it is even, hence held to be feminine. Its nature is sattva. It is given a trait unexpected in a water sign, determination. Keep this in mind: both fluid and firm.
It lives in the water, has no feet, is of medium height, and faces north. It emerges in its own way, by the head and by the back at once, which suits its two inverted fishes. It dominates the night, but you can also place it among the diurnal signs, or see in it a mix of the two groups.
