Saturn in Libra Sidereal
Shani exalted in Tula: leading a city, army or village as an aptitude to lead a group; Vrishabha reads separately.
At the head of others, in a city, in the army or in a village: that is Shani in Tula, the sidereal Libra. It is its sign of exaltation, where its strength is greatest. This role promises no mandate: it expresses a capacity to lead a group, from the theater company to the co-owners' council. A well-established reputation may come with it. Vrishabha, Shukra's other sign, reads separately and very differently.
Shukra rules this sign. To read the sign itself, open Libra sidereal; to read all about Shani, see the Shani guide.
