Mercury in Aquarius Sidereal
Budha in Kumbha: work for others without pay, sculptor's craft; same reading as in Makara.
Who do you work for? For others, and without pay. That is the whole portrait of Budha in Kumbha, the sidereal Aquarius, with a craft taking shape there: sculptor. It applies to both of Shani's signs, and so Makara is read in exactly the same way. You may see yourself in the one who rebuilds the association's website or refurbishes a friend's furniture without asking for anything.
Shani rules this sign. To read the sign itself, open Aquarius sidereal; to read all about Budha, see the Budha guide.

Why is my Mercury not in the same sign as in Western astrology?
The sidereal zodiac of Vedic astrology is shifted by about 24 degrees from the zodiac of the seasons: most planets move back one sign. Calculating your Vedic chart gives you their true place.
