Jupiter in Cancer Sidereal
Guru in Karka, exalted: influence, intelligence and comfort; same list in Simha.
Here an inventory of what the person has begins. Guru is in Karka, the sidereal Cancer, where it is exalted, at the peak of its strength. From this list the reading keeps what sketches a tendency rather than a promised possession: influence, intelligence and comfort. The same list applies to Simha, the next sign.
Chandra rules this sign. To read the sign itself, open Cancer sidereal; to read all about Guru, see the Guru guide.
Frequently asked questions
What does Jupiter in Cancer sidereal mean?
Guru in Karka, exalted: influence, intelligence and comfort; same list in Simha.
Why is my Jupiter not in the same sign as in Western astrology?
The sidereal zodiac of Vedic astrology is shifted by about 24 degrees from the zodiac of the seasons: most planets move back one sign. Calculating your Vedic chart gives you their true place.
